Removals in Feltham, Hanworth, Bedfont & around Heathrow
Most moves here are
a tenancy ending.
Not a completion. A fixed term running out, a break clause used, a landlord selling, a posting changing — and often a shift pattern that makes a weekday-daytime remover useless to you. That is the move this firm is built around.
Keys in
Keys out
Everything between those two is what we are for — including the bit where you get your deposit back.
Why you're moving
Four reasons, four different moves
Which one you are in decides how much warning you have, whether the date can shift, and whether a deposit is at stake. It is the first thing we ask.
The fixed term ending
You chose the date, more or less
The one rental move you can genuinely plan, because the date has been sitting in the agreement since you signed it.
Who decides You and the calendar
A break clause
You are leaving early, on purpose
Shorter notice than a fixed term ending, and usually a landlord marketing the property around you while you pack.
Who decides You, within the agreement
The landlord is selling
Not your choice, and not your fault
The hardest of the four, because you did not choose it, the date is not yours, and you may not have anywhere confirmed to go.
Who decides Somebody else entirely
A room, not a flat
Shared house, HMO, or a lodger’s room
A smaller load and a more awkward building. Shared hallways, housemates who were not told, and a landlord who may only find out afterwards.
Who decides Usually you, at short notice
Working round a shift
Feltham does not all finish at five
Baggage, security, ground crew, cabin crew, night freight, agency warehouse work, cleaning contracts that start before the first flight. A lot of this town is on a roster, not a calendar. A remover who only offers you a weekday morning is telling you to take a day off you may not get.
So we ask what your pattern is before we ask anything else, and we build the load around it — early starts, late finishes, rest days, back-to-back lates. It changes nothing about the job. It changes everything about whether you can be there.
How we schedule round rosters-
Office hours are somebody else’s hours
A great deal of Feltham works at or around the airport, and airport work does not stop at five. A remover who only operates on weekday daytimes is asking you to take annual leave to be moved, which is a strange thing to have to do.
-
We start early or we finish late
Both are normal here rather than a premium exception. Tell us what your pattern is and we will work to it — an early start before a late shift, or a move that runs into the evening after an early one.
-
Weekends are not a surcharge
A Saturday or Sunday move is quoted the same way as any other. Charging extra for the only days a shift worker is reliably free is a way of charging people for their job.
-
Noise, and being reasonable about it
An early start in a terrace or a block has to be done quietly, and there is a limit to how early is fair on everybody else. We will tell you where that limit is rather than agreeing to something that gets you a complaint.
-
Short notice is normal, not an emergency
Tenancies end, postings change and landlords serve notice. We hold provisional dates at no cost precisely because this town’s moves are rarely settled far ahead.
The deposit clause
A removal is the biggest single risk to your deposit
A removal is the single biggest threat to a tenancy deposit, and almost none of the risk is in the van — it is in the doorway, the stairwell and the sequencing. Three of the six below are ours. The other three are yours, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you find out at the check-out.
- Yours
Photograph the property before anything moves
The check-in inventory is the document your deposit is judged against. Photographs taken before the first box leaves are what let you argue with it.
- Ours
Protect the hall, stairs and door frames
Almost all deposit deductions for damage are scuffs on communal or fixed surfaces rather than anything dramatic. It is the cheapest damage to prevent and the most common to be charged for.
- Ours
Lift furniture off floors rather than dragging it
Drag marks on laminate and carpet indentations are the two things landlords notice first, and the two easiest to avoid entirely.
- Yours
Take down fixings and make good where you can
Shelf brackets, TV mounts and picture hooks are yours to deal with. Filler and a bit of paint is cheaper than the deduction.
- Yours
Leave the property empty before it is cleaned
An end-of-tenancy clean has to happen on an empty property. Booking the cleaner before the removal is the single most common sequencing mistake in a rental move.
- Ours
Photograph the empty property as we leave it
This is the evidence that the condition at check-out was not caused by the removal. We take them and send them to you as a matter of course.
None of this is a favour. It is the difference between a removal that ends a tenancy cleanly and one that costs you money at the check-out.

All of this is standard, not an upsell
Renters get quoted for a stripped-back job and then charged for the parts that turn out to matter. We would rather include them and quote once.
-
Hall, stair and frame protection as standard
On every job including a single room. Rental damage is almost always a scuff on something fixed.
-
Condition photographs at both ends
The property as we found it and as we left it, sent to you. It is your evidence, not ours.
-
Dismantling and reassembly
Beds, wardrobes and flat-pack, with fixings bagged and labelled to the item.
-
Out-of-hours and weekend working
Early, late or at a weekend, quoted the same way as a weekday.
-
A provisional date held at no cost
Before you have confirmed anywhere to go. Move it as often as you need to.
-
Storage across a gap
Where the tenancies do not meet, the load is sealed once and delivered when you are ready.
What people say
Mostly renters, mostly on a roster
I work nights at the airport and every other firm offered me a weekday morning. These lot asked what my pattern was and then worked to it. That was the entire conversation.
Landlord sold up and we had no idea where we were going. They held a date anyway, for nothing, and moved it twice while we sorted ourselves out. Nobody chased us once.
They photographed the flat empty before they left and emailed it to me. The agent tried it on about a mark in the hallway and I had a picture showing it was already there.
One room out of a shared house, which I assumed meant a bloke with a van in a hurry. They covered the whole hallway and the stairs for a job that took them no time at all. My housemates noticed.
Break clause, so the flat was being viewed while we packed. They brought the boxes late on purpose so it did not look like a building site for the viewings. I would not have thought of that.
Saturday, no surcharge, no fuss about it being a weekend. After three quotes that treated my days off as a premium it was a relief.
Questions
The ones renters actually ask
Grouped by renting, shifts, the area and the practical side. If yours is not here, ask it on the contact page and we will answer it properly.
All questionsDo you do rental moves, or only house purchases?
Rental moves are most of what we do. Feltham is a renting town — a great deal of it works at or around the airport, and people here move because a term ends, a break clause is used, a landlord sells or a posting changes.
That is a genuinely different job from a completion-day move, and it is what this firm is set up for.
We do not know where we are going yet. Can we still book?
Yes, and you should. A provisional date costs nothing to hold and can be moved as often as you need. Waiting until the onward address is confirmed is how people end up booking late into a market where the good dates have gone.
If there is genuinely nowhere to go yet, storage and a two-part move is almost always better than rushing a tenancy you have not properly seen.
Will the move cost us our deposit?
It is the biggest single risk to it, and almost none of that risk is in the van. Deposit deductions for damage are overwhelmingly scuffs on halls, stairs and door frames — fixed surfaces, not your own things.
So we protect those as standard on every job, including a single room, and we photograph the property empty as we leave it. Those photographs are your evidence at the check-out.
Do you move a single room out of a shared house?
Yes, and we treat it as a proper job rather than a favour squeezed between two real ones. It is a smaller load, not a lesser one.
The building is usually the complication rather than the volume — narrow stairs, fire doors on every landing, and a hallway that everyone in the house needs to use.
We work shifts. Can you move us outside office hours?
Yes, and it is normal here rather than an exception. Tell us what your pattern is and we will work to it — an early start before a late shift, or a move running into the evening after an early one.
A remover who only works weekday daytimes is asking you to take annual leave to be moved, which is a strange thing to have to do.
