What we noticed
Every quote request that came in from around here had the same two sentences buried in it. One was some version of "I work shifts, so mornings are difficult." The other was some version of "we do not know exactly when yet, the landlord has only just told us."
Both of those are treated in this trade as complications. A firm with a diary full of completion-day moves will price around them, or quietly decline them, because a rental move is smaller, more likely to shift, and less likely to come with a solicitor chasing everybody to a fixed date.
We think that is backwards. A move that might change date is easier to plan for if you expect it to. A customer who is only free at the end of a late shift is easier to serve if your crews are not all booked out on weekday mornings. It is a scheduling decision, not a sacrifice.
What that means in practice
We hold provisional dates at no cost, and we do not chase people who have not confirmed. We quote weekends and out-of-hours the same way we quote a Tuesday. We protect halls, stairs and door frames on every job including a single room out of a shared house, because that is where deposits are actually lost. And we photograph the property empty as we leave it, and send you the pictures, because that evidence is worth having and it costs us nothing to take.
None of that is remarkable. It is just what you would do if you designed a removals firm around renters rather than around buyers.
Where we are
Feltham, under the approach path, with the villages and boroughs either side of it. We know which roads are impossible when a shift changes at the airport, which blocks have a lift that is too small for a sofa, and which stairwells will cost you money if nobody covers them.

What we are not
We are not a national brand with a local phone number, and we are not a comparison site that sells your details on. When you send a quote request it comes to us, and the person who reads it is the person who will organise the job.
We also do not pretend to have awards or press coverage. If that changes we will say so and show you where it came from.
